Safety & Security
Ensuring the safety and security of all the children at Bloom Hill Preschool is our top priority, and we have taken strict measures to ensure that our infrastructure reflects this philosophy. Our entire activity area as well as outdoor area are under CCTV surveillance. Our staff monitor who drops off and picks up each child. Children are released ONLY to those individuals who have been listed on enrollment records and who have been confirmed by identification check. All perimeter and playground gates are locked and monitored to ensure the safety of every child.
Notification
We’ve parent notification system so that they’re well informed about the activities, kid’s progress, their health during working hours, parent-teacher meetings and even inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We keep parents informed via text messaging, whatsapp, email, Facebook.
Hygiene
We promote hand washing throughout the day. We sanitize all activities throughout the day to help prevent the spread of germs. Diapering is conducted in separate areas from play & eating areas.
Cleaning is done by non-toxic cleaning products on daily basis. Pest control is done regularly. Children are given RO mineral water. Medications are stored securely & out of the reach. We have strict policies for administering medication to your child to ensure he or she is protected. We promote healthy environment at school so exercises like baby Yoga, Zumba, dance, outdoor play is part of our daily activities.
Work Area
Individual Work Area
In this area prayer, national anthem is taken every day. Teacher then introduces daily activity to be done by each child. Each child then takes an activity of his/her choice, sits on a working mat and start practicing the same. Activities related to sensorial and cognitive (maths, science, environment & others) are practiced in this room.
EPL Activity Room
The exercises in Practical Life are the very heart of our curriculum. All physical activities which are part of our routine life also called as practical life are conducted in this room. EPL activities help in improving child’s fine motor skills and introduces them to common Indian culture.
Language Room
We’ve separate room dedicated to language related activities, circle time, rhymes, dance and music. Individual attention is given to each child so that no one is left behind in communicating and expressing feelings. Recreational activity like puppet shows and theme activities are also conducted in this room.
Indoor and Outdoor Play Area
We’ve dedicated area for indoor and outdoor games. Our indoor games mostly help to develop fine motor skills and outdoor games focus on gross motor. We emphasize on child safety and hygiene so kids at Bloom Hill Preschool play on clean and safe floor.
